Think of sales as the glue that holds together while setting the pace for the company’s success. As our Business Development Coordinator, you will manage both internal and external resources. It’s your responsibility to work with the entire sales and executive team and to keep their revenue-generating activities organized, ensuring our pipeline is continuously being refreshed and we reach our sales goals. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the relevant teams meet prospecting and renewal deadlines and deliverable, illustrating our dependability and thoroughness.


  • Set meetings for the CEO, President and sales team on identified prospect lists
  • Oversee and contribute to the timely creation of presentations and proposals, working with the marketing team and lead sales representative
  • Ensure reps are updating Salesforce in a timely and accurate way
  • Manage transition of closed deal details into internal databases to ensure swift, high quality execution
  • Internal client relationship management
  • Research and development of prospective client profiles
  • Planning and strategic prospecting contribution (marketing)
  • Company workflow process management
  • Collaborative development of training materials
  • Logistics management for meetings
  • Project management (on time and on budget)
  • Team financial management (expense reports)
  • Overseeing completion of tools and libraries for New Business (bio’s, staffing charts, past presentations, best practices, influencer lookbooks)
  • Creation and maintenance of prospecting information database (salesforce)
  • Creation and execution of prospecting mailings/communications (salesforce)
  • Manage leads from marketing activations (salesforce)
  • On going evaluation of tools to enhance sales team success


  • 1-3 years’ experience in an advertising/sales/marketing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities
  • Salesforce proficiency, including opportunity management and creating reports
  • Exceptional teamwork, organizational and productivity skills
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills required
  • Excellent written, communication & analytical skills
  • Ability to see the big picture and to understand complex relationships in support of an overall strategy
  • Ability to build strong effective relationships with internal teams
